FAQ

Answers to common questions about licensing, downloads, bundling, and how our ML tagging works.

No, we package and export images that are publicly available on the web, but we do not issue or transfer third-party licenses. By requesting or downloading any dataset you confirm that you are responsible for securing the necessary rights to use the images for your intended purpose. See Privacy & Download Terms for more details.

When a dataset or request is ready we provide a secure, time-limited download link. Links typically expire after a short period (configured per dataset), and downloads are intended for delivery and short-term evaluation. Please note: requests submitted through the cart follow the same curation and packaging process — they typically take 1–2 business days to prepare. For large or long-term hosting needs, contact us for an enterprise arrangement.

Bundling is how we prepare and package collections of curated images and any supporting files according to the options you select when building a dataset (image sizes, formats, and inclusion rules). We apply normalization, remove duplicates, and perform quality checks so the images are ready for evaluation or further processing.

If you need a tailored collection, submit a custom request describing your target categories, example images, and any special requirements (resolution, file naming, quantity, filters). We manually curate results to match your brief — that can include selecting images from specific sites, quality filtering, deduplication, and selecting particular aspect ratios or sizes. Because custom curation and quality checks take human and automated processing, typical turnaround is 1–2 business days. Once your request is ready we publish a secure, time-limited download link specifically for your order — the link is not publicly indexed and is intended only for the requester. If you need faster delivery or long-term hosting, contact us and we can discuss priority or enterprise options.

Category-based request

We gather images that match a specific category or tag (for example: "furniture", "running shoes"). Category-based requests are useful when you need a curated set of items across many sites that match a single theme. These requests are typically faster to fulfill because the scope is focused.

Full site request

A full site request asks us to collect images from an entire website or a large site section. This may return many images and requires more processing (deduplication, quality filtering, and organization). Full site requests can take longer depending on the site's size and complexity; expect the same 1–2 business day baseline but larger requests may require additional time.

Custom request

Custom requests let you provide examples, filters, or specific rules (file sizes, aspect ratios, naming). We combine automated filtering with manual review to deliver results aligned to your brief. Custom requests are the most hands-on and therefore follow the 1–2 business day typical turnaround.

All request types follow the same secure delivery process: we curate, prepare, and publish a secure, time-limited download link for your order. If you need priority turnaround or ongoing deliveries, please contact us to discuss enterprise options.

We use machine learning models to automatically tag images (categories, attributes). These models are helpful but not perfect — tags may be incorrect or incomplete in some cases. We recommend validating tags before using them in production and consider manual curation for mission-critical workflows.
