Privacy & Download Terms

We provide exported image datasets and metadata assembled from public ecommerce sites. These images are publicly available on the web; we package and normalize them for easier use. We do not issue image licenses — if you plan to publish or re-use images commercially, please make sure your use complies with the source site's terms.

This page explains our delivery and data practices. Think of us as a processing and packaging service: we ingest, normalize, and export imagery and metadata for you to download. If you need special licensing, long-term hosting, or contract assurances, contact us and we'll help arrange that.

Download policy

  • Download links generated by our "Build dataset" flow expire after 7 days. These ZIPs are intended for delivery and short-term evaluation.
  • Links are single-token and tied to the ZIP file; they should not be shared. We may revoke links that are abused.
  • We do not issue or transfer third-party image licenses. If you need licensing, contact the original content owner or reach out to us for enterprise assistance.
  • We may retain anonymized logs of dataset builds for audit and analytics; these logs exclude sensitive personal data unless you included it in your dataset.

Data we collect and retention

We collect minimal personal information only when you contact us (name, email, message) and to manage deliveries (download tokens, created_at, expires_at). We retain mapping and conversion logs as part of our audit trail to ensure reproducibility. Mapping logs can contain file paths, md5s and conversion records but do not include sensitive personal data unless you include it in your dataset.

Your responsibilities

By requesting or downloading a dataset, you agree that you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to use any third-party imagery. We explicitly do not provide license guarantees or legal advice. If you are unsure whether your use is permitted, consult legal counsel or contact the original content owner before distributing or publishing content derived from our exports.
